Changing materials without letting the customers know

Be cautious when purchasing furniture from this store. We recently ordered the Arizona model (which has since been renamed to Rome), and were disappointed to find that the cushions were filled with different materials than the ones we saw in the showroom. The showroom model was super comfortable, but ours felt like sitting on a hard floor due to the dense foam they used. We visited both showrooms and discovered that they used different inners in our model compared to the one on display. This is a clear case of false advertising.
