Bad Service & Rude Customer Care

I am very disappointed with Leather Gallery. I always buy my interior design pieces for my clients at their shop. Recently l purchased chairs from them worth over 10 000rands , my client changed her mind later that she wanted to rather go with dark colors i then returned them within the return policy. However, they are not keen to attend to my query at all. I have spoken to Rose the manager, she asked me to fill out forms on their website and that they would refund me back after 7-14days,its over 5weeks and nothing has been done. The head office & warehouse they unfortunately also very unkeen on assisting. Leather Gallery ***
