BAD SERVICE AND RUDE MANAGER

I ordered couches at Leather Gallery on the 24th of March 2023 to date I have to received my couches. I have been promised that delivery will take place since 1st week of April to date nothing. This afternoon I called the store where the purchase took place and was told of the docking date of the 12th of May. I called head office and logged a complain, I asked to talk to the manager and the same lady pretended to be the manager **** to me . I asked for a refund because I can't wait anymore since no communication from the shop. I asked she refer me to their legal department because she was rude and not helpful and she dropped the call. Can I get my refund ASAP and go purchase somewhere where they know what a customer is, I can't wait for 14 days to get my refund. The lady is a definite not a person for customer service
