Bad service

Poor service- did online laybye for dining table for 6 months in jul 2023 paid initial payment thereafter made R4000 paymt oct then nov paid balance. Now iam been told they can only release item march 2024 due to not makin consecutive pm. Problem is i have not breached the laybye period paid all funds within stipulated period why now refuse penalize me tht i did not make consecutive pm but thy received full amount im time not sure what kind of policy is this. I want my money bck not receiving good feedback from the consultant
