Bad product and service

Bought a couch here. Reported it broke less than year that we had it. They came and picked it up. "Fixed" it after having it for weeks. Still broken. Contacted them again. Sent out a technician. Still broken. After several mails (as there is no telephone number and the branch just keeps refering u to the website) now - no more contact. Just silence. Pathetic!! Poor product. Poor after sales service. Quick to take money though. Asked for management to phone me. NOTHING!!

Been requesting a manager to contact me.

First time I reported the broken chair was in August 2022. They picked up the chair and took ages to bring it back after theyu "fixed" it. Then when I again told them it is still broken they sent out a technician to check - he just wanted to ashow me how theuy "fixed" it.

Duh - there is two same sides to this chair. One is fine - other is hanging skew and broken. FIX IT!!!

Asking for someone to call is an absolute joke. They just keep closing my requests.

I asked Sine on 17 November 2022 to please get a manager to call me - from there on out - SILENCE.

Reporting and asking for help on the Facebook page - NO response.
