Amazing Customer service
Such amazing service! Feroza was so helpful and patient, and made ordering of my new couch so easy and stress free. She went the extra mile to answer my many questions after hours, redid quotes when I was indecisive, and even obtain different colour swatches when I was unsure of my options. I cannot wait for my new couch to arrive! If the end product is half as amazing as the Leather Gallery staff then I will be a life-long customer.
