Purchased a leather 3 piece suite on 27 November 2021..Value + - R47, 000. The salesman was Mr Terence Naidoo.. We informed the Salesman that the suite will not fit into the doorway at our house. We're we're informed by Mr Terence Naidoo that the suite will be delevered in dismantled pieces and will be put together by technicians when delivered.. However this lounge suite was delivered on 23 December 2021 3 full pieces with a truck driver and his assistance.. The Lounge was forced through the doorway causing extensive damages which was show to us by the delivery guy stating that he knew it may get damaged. The deliver guy also removed the steel legs of one suite to make it easier which did not work. We were informed by the deliver guy that we need to take photo of the damages and log a complaint. We were also informed that the warehouse manager will send the technician next day to access the damages and no one turned up.. We made numerous promises that a technician will be sent no one turned up till this day.. We were promised excellent afters ales services and we were told All complaint goes directly to the boss who will act asap. Nothing hapoen
