After Sale poor service, poor quality product and disappointed customer

I bought a cloth lounge on the 28th of March 2024 to my surprise within 10 months January 2025 the 3-seater the seams are unravels. officially raised with the store at Riverhorse valley Newlands and I was given assurance that someone will call me but to date no respond. And I was told to log a call on their online website this was done on the 15/01/2025 in the present of the sales that I bought the lounge from I was again given assurance that a reference will the emailed to me as expected nothing ever materialised. So, I raised another online query on the 22/01/2025 and again am still waiting for someone to action my query. This by the way was a cash sale. The after-sale service is something they don't have at all. No -one ever answer's calls. Please people and advising people not to make the same mistake that I need of trusting Leather Gallery. I urge you to spend your hard-earned cash somewhere else. I will NEVER buy from them ever again and I urge other people not to buy from them. To date am still waiting for someone to attend to my query .
