Absolutely shocking lack of service with a good dose of devious business practices.

Bought a recliner in August 2024 - Beginning November springs had come through the upholstery on the back of the couch. And now things go downhill quickly. First, no answer to emails, phone calls and finally after a heated phone call get email to say upholstery will be stitched and technician will be around. We absolutely refused this offer and sent e mail to request refund. Completely ignored. Matter currently at the Consumer Protection Council and we wait. Buy from this company at your peril.
