A business in SHAMBLES
Went to buy a couch. Get to the PMB branch and we were told they have a lot of stock. I was then contacted by the "Head Office" in Pinetown to say there's no stock. Then the PMB branch say the in store price is different to the website price. Then I get a call from the Ballito branch saying that they have stock. The only reason I didn't give one star is because the salespeople are really nice. Never dealt with such a disorganized business in my life - ended up buying a couch from Coricraft.

However, due to various different showrooms being contacted at various different times by both the customer and his wife, as well as salespeople from three different showrooms, there was a case of miscommunication amongst everyone.
