2 months with no delivery of coffee table

I have unfortunately had the worst experience with Leather Gallery. I was firstly offered a coffee table on display in store, once I refused, I then had to wait for the brand new boxed coffee table to be arrive. I paid upfront mind you. When it did arrive in store, it had a defect but they still called me to collect it. They check all boxed furniture before it is collected but somehow they missed this defect. Once I returned it back, I was offered again to take the coffee table on display at full price. This is the Hillcrest Leather Gallery. The worst sales person ever is Vilsohni Chetty, please don't even bother buying from her. I also have to mentioned that when you request a refund, they refuse to give you a full refund. Check you invoice, they have a policy which they do not tell you about before you buy. 2 months later, I still do not have a coffee table. What a nightmare and they refuse to give me a full refund
