Leather Aid - Shoddy workmanship and shocking service

I had 2 leather lounge suites repaired recently where the seats and armrest leather panels had to be replaced because they had cracked and become brittle. The suites were returned to me and the looked great. One of the chairs started developing cracks on one of the armrests and has now cracked right through. Clearly this was not replaced as requested and quoted for, simply covered up and disguised. I have contacted Phil Marks on *** several times and on Whatsapp asking him to attend to this problem. I have only had the lounge suite for a couple of weeks before the leather started cracking and splitting. Phil Marks has completely ignored my communications despite the fact that I can see that he has read the messages on Whatsapp. This is shocking service and I would not recommend their services to anyone.
