******* bussiness deal

BE AWARE : Learning Paperless is the most ******* company i have ever dealt with. Ordered a book 9/2/21 of R270 and they even let me pay R90 shipping fee. On asking for the last week where my book is then they inform me that its an ebook because hardcopy out of stock and it my fault to check availability. I cannot use an ebook an insist on a hardcopy. The inform me they already send me an voucher to use. I cannot use it and did not use it. On assisting that they pay back my money they refuse. I indeed went to the SAPS to open a case of ***** and inform my attorney to address the issue to get my money back.
