Unsatisfactory Course Content/Lack Of Reponse

I signed up to study Wildlife Management with Learning Cloud in February 2015. Being new to New Zealand, and with limited options for work and study, I chose to do an online learning course as a way of developing skills and to give me something constructive to do. After looking at several courses, the ones offered by Learning Cloud appeared to be pretty good, although I couldn't find evidence of an official qualification, they claim to be recognised by IARC and ITENZ, which I confirmed through their respective websites, however, after starting the course, this seems to have no bearing on the quality of the content provided. As I seem to be locked into paying for this course, as they only give you a certain amount of time to change your mind - not enough time to uncover any issues - I have stuck it out. However, a few months ago I emailed the company to complain about these issues - such as numerous mistakes in the content: spelling, grammar as well as incorrect information
