No empathy towards unemployment in lockdown

I'm utterly disappointed that even with this covid-19 and unemployment, a company after being informed that you're unemployed would still hand you over to attorneys. Myself and my wife haven't been getting any income since lockdown started, yet Parow Learning Center decided even after knowing this to hand us over for collection.
