Arrogant receptionist who pp it me on hold for 2minute

Unit 15 Thornhill Office Park, 94 Bekker Rd, Vorna Valley, Midrand, 1685. So today I decide to call their number which I found online, I greeted the lady and asked about the facilitator position available if any and she rep**** in IsiZulu "Hasina umsebenzi thina" rudely so, u could hear she just wasn't interested, that translates to "we don't have any job" I told her okay can I kindly ask for details to use for future reference just to send through my CV and kindly advise on How to apply in future, she rep**** "Hai yoh" and immediately there a sound playing which I thought she transferred me somewhere without telling me but I learnt after 2minutes if waiting that she just decided to put me in hold and let me drop eventually. I was so heartbroken and wonder why I was treated like I did something wrong. All I'm asking is for details to apply, I'm looking for a job and I'm buying airtime calling cos I can't just sit around and say there are no jobs. I'm so discouraged to even call other companies/employers, all I was asking was for details not her to give me money or do a favour
