Verry Unhappy customer and a **** of a company

I have ordered 30 November and to date no comunication or tracking number, think they are a ****, I have sent emails and whatsup which by the way does not even work, there is no contact number that actuaaly work. they ***** peoples money so please be aware and do not order from them, this is supposed to be a Christmas present and now I have nothing beacause of this ****.
