POOR SERVICE - IGNORING COMMUNICATION - WITHOLDING REFUND

My first class was postponed twice in a row (due to illness on my teacher's side) and I never receive any study material, and the notice of postponement always came after the class was already supposed to start I was sitting waiting on zoom for the teacher. The teacher then suggested classes with another teacher or my refund since he had cancelled on me multiple times now, and I chose to do a refund. Thereafter I have been ignored and completely ghosted. After posting on Facebook about my experience I received a response telling me my refund is coming and this time the excuse was that their administration was offline or was having technical difficulties. They also offered me free classes again, but I am not interested so I told them again that I just want my refund and followed up mutliple times on the expected date for the refund - big surprise and fast forward to now - I still haven't receive any further communication or responses, and I still haven't received my refund.
