No response and Refund

I trust all is well.
I attended the Learn to trade seminar back in February this year in Cape Town.
I was very excited about this new journey as I wanted to become a full time trader.
A consultant with the name Marlon called me to convince me to join up with Learn to Trade which I did. His email address is
***. I made 2 payments of R2500 as per the seminar, the deposit to start was R5000. Since making the deposit of R5000, I have not received any feedback on when i will be able to start the course.
I have emailed Marlon but no response. I have emailed Learn to trade but no response.
I am requesting a refund as soon as possible. I am not interested in doing business with Learn to trade.
I have also tried to contact Learn to trade on the following number *** but there is no response.

Why is Learn to trade sending me email with regards to paying an outstanding balance in order to study online.
I am not interested in learning via Learn to trade.
My only request is to get my R5000 back so that I can go on with my life.
I would appreciate if Learn to trade can email me back with regards to the process of me getting my R5000 back.....
