Unprofessional service

<p>Upon opening a new business, I was referred to leap partners for service business plan draft and them assisting in finding investors for my business. In July 206, R5000 was paid into their account to commence work. Whenever we had to meet, they were either busy and not answering calls or texts or the would be misunderstanding with the times set for meetings. I approached other people and got help. I called them for a refund but they refuse to give the money saying they have already started with my file but till today I have no tangible thing to produce.
