Worst Experience with Property Agent

I recently bought a property in Weltevreden Park. Arnaud was terrible! He never had the interest of the purchaser at heart and was only concerned about the seller. Seller delayed the sale due to no having certain things addressed in time and we received numerous excuses which I can gladly send on if required which always seemed like Arnaud just lifting his shoulders and not holding the seller accountable. Now the worse part was the prepaid meter has been blocked due to the seller not keeping the account active. There were 980 units left on the meter with the last loaded in February 2019 and the meter gets blocked if no units are loaded 3 months in a row but we were never informed that the meter was blocked. This only came to light when trying to reload electricity this month, not even two months after moving in and after two weeks back and forth with City Power, we are now officially in the dark for second day running as the units now officially ran out and meter is still blocked. I have asked fro assistance from previous owner to get matter resolved but there is no interest. It is now simply our problem.
