Useless Leapfrog Agent - JP Frolick

My story is a long and complicated one, however I must stress that JP Frolick from leap Frog Tyger hills, Cape Town is the most ***********, unreliable, lying agent I have ever come across. My partner and I have purchased a property that he listed and upon transfer in November 2021, we realized that the previous owners were in breach of contract in the OTP as they did not have a valid COC and sold the house to us with a broken pool and pool system, which they mentioned to us was in good working condition. They also hadn't stipulated otherwise of the pool not working in the OTP. Knowing this, JP Frolick offered no empathy, assistance, feedback or resolution for the situation. He told us one story over the phone and made up a whole different one via email... which led us to eventually stop talking to him over the phone and only communicate via email because of his lies. He always defended the previous owners because he recommended the service provider that passed an invalid COC to the previous owners and only upon doing our own inspection with our own reputable service provider did we uncover the a whole list of electrical and plumbing faults that were non-compliant. We have now sought legal assistance to handle the matter further as we are tired of the constant excuses, lack of urgency and deflection from JP Frolick and the previous owners. Please reconsider using Leap Frog Property if this is the kind of agents they have working for them. I wouldn't want anyone going through what we are going through right now. Absolutely disgusting!
