Unprofessional Leapfrog Pretoria East

We moved out of the rental property 2 weeks before month end and battled for as long to get the agent to collect the keys and do the exit inspection. After enquiring about the interior paint colour and receiving incorrect information twice, when she eventually arrived, I was told not to worry about the walls painted with the incorrect colour as it was Leapfrog's mistake - the only deduction from the deposit would be for cleaning the carpets. The contract states that my deposit would be refunded within 14 days of vacating the property. I received half my deposit back more than a month later after trying to finalize the painting etc and being ignored by the agent, and having to speak to a very rude and unprofessional principal Harry as the quote for the paint amounts to R3800!! The quote I received was for R1400. I will never make use of Leapfrog's services again and will definitely spread the word.
