Unhappy home owner

I bought a property in 2019 through the agency when I saw it on Property 24,August 2019,i came and viewed the property and signed a offer to purchase. The registration took long and I eventually got the keys on the 7th of Feb 2020. The waste day of my life. I came into a house that was filled with water, from the ceiling and coming in on closed windows When I asked I was told, no get someone to fix it or speak to the body coparate, to my suprise this leaking was never brought to my attention yet I must occur an expense or run around like a headless chicken looking for trustees I know nothing of. I sent the email to the agency a week later asking why I was not told of this damage and to this day I have NOTHING They are a *****, as a first time buyer this is a nightmare. I cant even buy furnisher cause when it run my house is a water puddle .... They need to fix this as it's unfair practice and *****
