Unbelievable

<p>Wow wow wow am shocked the professionalism of sales agents. My fiance and i are now tied in sales agreement that he signed by the mall where the lady said their must meet and has some courage to say shes honest and professional. We dont even have a bond in place but we are tied to the agreement. I thought you 1st get your bond,the yoi submit a purchase offer which we haven't see but all of a sudden we agreed to buy the property. Same person we told about our dislikes to the property and she was offering us to look at another property is the same person who tells us well you signed to buy it so whether you like it or not. We are 1st time buyers and for anyone looking to buy please don't use these people. We have lawyers now telling us the consequences if we don't take it but no one has sent us the documents that were signed,which were requested twice.This is turning out to be a nightmare, we going to be stuck with a flat we dont like we cant do anything but pay R700000 for a 1bedroom flat in Umbilo Durban.</p>
