Time wasted, disgusting service.

I am looking for an apartment to rent, so I made an appointment with Rafeek Adam to go to view the apartment. The Appointment was for 8:30am Saturday morning, I called on Friday night to confirm Rafeek sets the appointment time and we both agreed. Then Saturday morning he calls 15 minutes before we meant to meet and tells me he will be late, we end up meeting at 9am. I view the apartment, I let him know that I am want to rent it he tells me that he will send me the forms on Monday. Then at 9:30am he tells me that the apartment is no longer available, that's my time wasted and he didn't even care. I called him to ask how is this even possible I was just there and he tells me"you know how it goes in this business" then he goes "anyway sorry sorry okay bye". So leapfrog please enlighten me how does it go in this business, your agents do not get their facts straight before deciding to waste a clients time and money? This by far the most disgusting service from an estate agent.
