Tenancy referral

It was in September 2020 when my daughter approached them for a tenant. The tenant was found however,we have never have had a pleasant journey with her. Always late payments into the month and without penalties as stated in their lease agreement. I would say the tenant was favored over the landlord. Well,there was a little oversight from my daughter, now,my daughter is stuck with an arrogant non paying tenant. When one is approaching property agency for a referral,one is always expecting a peace of mind,well,it was never the case with us. I will in future use them with caution.
