Rude & Unprofessional Agent

<p>I had an appointment to view a house this past Saturday (06/08/2016), with one of the LeapFrog agent by the name of Eva (She is based in Johannesburg South), the appointment was for 10:00 in the morning. On my way to the appointment my phone kept on ringing but could not answer as I was driving.</p> <p>I arrived at the agreed place just before 10:00, and at exactly 10:00 I called her to find out where she was parked. The first thing she did when I called was to scream in my ear, and asking me why I did not answer my phone; that she thought I was no longer coming and that she has left already. I responded to her that our appointment is for 10:00 and I am not late, I further informed her that I do not appreciate the tone of her voice and the way she does business.</p> <p>She then told me that that's the way she talks and that I should not worry as I will get used to her. I refused to her, and told her that I will not tolerate that, then she rep**** "OK", and she hung up. That was the last I heard of her.</p> <p>First of all the lady wasted my time and money for travelling for this appointment, secondly she rudely addressed me and was very unprofessional. </p> <p>I would like Leapfrog Property group management to intervene on this matter, as I believe; the agent was not doing me a favour, nor performing a kind of charity work.</p>
