Rude, obnoxious and unprofessional

I had to deal with Nerina Wright from Leapfrog in Cullinan because the agent handling the sale of my parent's property was not in South Africa. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional, rude and obnoxious. The then bad mouthed my parents to other people, not ever trying to understand the position they were in. Verbal arrangements made with the original agent was not honored. Should you ever need to deal with her, think twice.
