Rude and offensive agent at Leapfrog property

I enquired about a flat to rent in Primrose and Rendani sent me a whatsapp. I then asked if I can come view the flat on Monday 01 Feb 2021 and her response was: "Will you be able to afford the rent plus deposit" I found that very offensive and I responded with "I would not have enquired if I thought I could not afford the rent and deposit" She then went on and on about how they do credit checks before a viewing and that people say they can afford when they cannot... I have been renting since 2004 I bought a house in 2009! I know all about affordability and credit checks! There was No Need to ask me if I can afford it, rather ask for my ID and then check whether I can or cannot afford it. Rendani left a very bitter taste in my mind and has shed a very bad light about Leapfrog Property as this was the first time dealing with them!
