Refund for administration and a RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL JOHN BESTER

John Bester is a very disrespectful and rude person. I don't know if this is how leapfrog property agents operate, but he's damaging the company's reputation. I've spoken with him three times on a document he sought that doesn't exist. It would be a nightmare to do business with this organization, and I would never dare I'll never refer anyone to Leapfrog
