Quick to take your money

Signed a lease agreement and payed a deposit as well as a months rent to lease an apartment. When I requested the keys as the furniture company wanted to deliver the agent informed me that the landlord had another estate agent also working on the apartment and has also leased the same apartment. I was then informed that the landlord had supposedly decided not to rent out the apartment. All I wanted was my money back of over 10k. I have still not received my money I paid, I subsequently found another apartment and cant pay a deposit as Leapfrog sit with my money in their account for an apartment I dont have. I had to stay in a Formula 1 hotel, I am driving around with all my possessions and clothes in my car and trailer. Furthermore they wont give me the accounts departments number as they state they work on different premises. Be careful when paying so called reputable property companies, they quick to take your money until they have to pay you back.
