Poor Service

Leapfrog Property Group estate agent Angie Hunter received my property at 21 Zambezi Estate in Montana Pretoria in mid 2014. Unfortunately I had to relocate to another province and was unable to attend the inspections. Angie changed jobs and started working for Red Mill Rentals she asked if she could move my property to Red Mill Rentals in January 2018. I agreed and two years later Angie moved back to Leapfrog Property Group. Angie then asked to move the property back to Leapfrog Property Group which I agreed.

On the 1st October 2023 I had a site inspection with Angie at 21 Zambezi. I was livered to found my property in a ********** state. I noticed that Angie did not paid my property in the 9 years she was renting out my property. She would inform me that all is well and the property is in good state. She only mentioned a bedroom wall that had a water leak and a kitchen cupboard that needed replacement over time.

It ready sad that I trusted Leapfrog Property Group and Angie Hunter to lease out my property as it is clear the tenants deposits over the 9 years was not used to upkeep my property at the standard it was given to them.

I would never advise anyone to use the services of Leapfrog as what they did is unforgivable misrepresent me to the public with a filthy apartment. In the 9 years I was never informed of any paint work done to the property but as off last week Angie is now saying they painted which is not true. On the 1st October I asked Angie on several occasions when was this unit last painted and she could not answer me. I was the last person to paint the unit and I could see some of the mistakes made by the team who painted in 2014. It is embarrassing to have believed in this agent and Leapfrog Pretoria.
