NEVER RENT Using LEAPFROG PROPERTY!

WORST Rental Agreement EVER! Firstly - Their rental agreement are 12 or 6 months, and after that time they charge a lease agreement fee of R1000 for very renewal. This means that for the duration of your stay you will always have to pay these fees, and should you need to move out - even if you lost your job and can't pay rent, your deposit is gone! Normal rental agreements charge for the first mandated stay - one lease agreement fee then you get your month to month. And you can give notice, then move out. NOT with LEAPFROG - forget about your deposit. And the reason? They can't find a tenant and so the landlord must not lose funds. Whose responsibility is that? Like do I need to find a tenant for them before moving out? It's crazy!
