Leapfrog Strand JUST LIES & DON'T CARE about clien

I'm totally disgusted with the service and response from Leaspfrog Strand. I signed an offer to purchase Dec 2014 clearly indicating occupation 5th of Jan 2015 and promised by the agent Willie. He assured me in the presence of witnesses that it would not be a problem to grant me occupation as their agency has many properties and could easily move me or the tenants. It's now almost 2 months and i'm still waiting to move in! This is so frustrating to my family as we are now stranded and have no place to move to. I phone and visit the branch almost daily just to get false promises. A property became available last week but once again not given to either of us. I have failed to get hold of the principal Oneil Jacobs, leaving hundres of messages to contact me but he has no decency to even call or reply. Is this how a principal should behave and the only feedback I get is that his at auctions! So is Oneil just interested in filling his pockets and not really concerned of his agency and clients? They have shown no empathy nor given any apologies or even tried to rectify anything. My only option is now to go SQUAT at their offices. Oneil I hope you going to WELCOME my family and I.
