Leapfrog Property Group misconduct

<p>Ok so this is my very last attempt to get things sorted.<br />At the end of October 2016 we vacated our premises in Plumstead with an exit inspection being done with the landlord present. Landlord said that there we no major issues and off we went on our merry way. Only to be told that our landlord was going to charge us to repair/replace her flooring in her kitchen/pantry area that was damaged by her husband when he incorrectly lay Linoleum flooring over beautiful wooden floors in an attempt to save time on having to sand and varnish that area before we moved in to the property. We obviously queried this particular charge as we were not responsible for the damaged that was caused. Since then we have not received any communication with regards to how this was going to be resolved. Leapfrog has completely run away with our money. From day one they have been completely unprofessional from not sending copies of inspection reports, changing staff members and not informing us, not sending water bills on time to name a few. I am outraged that a company like this whom we have no choice but to have hold onto our money and keep it "safe" can just ignore phone calls, email over and over again.</p>
