Leapfrog property group, I have never had worse service in my life.

Hi, I contacted a leapfrog agent about a week ago because my boyfriend and I were urgently looking for a apartment to rent. The agent informed me that the property that I was interested in was still available and she asked that I should just tell her when I wanted to come and vie. I told her that we would be coming through on Tuesday to view the property, and informed her that we need to see the apartment then as we travelled 200km from where we are currently living. She assured me that we would be able to view the property at 10am on Tuesday, and I told her that we would be there just after 10. On Tuesday morning I sent her a message asking her for the address, and I saw that her whatsapp messages were not going through. I called her 4 times to no avail. Then I decided to contact one of the other leapfrog agents, he answered the phone and was very helpful and gave me the address of the apartment, until he decided not to take my calls anymore. I called him about 10 times to tell him we were in front of the property, and not one time did he answer. We waited in front of the property for about 20 minutes then we decided to leave. We went to view the other apartments that were on our list but we still wanted this one, so I decided to look for other leapfrog agents in the area. I found a lady that was very nice and very helpful, she told me that she couldn't get a hold of the agent that had arranged with us to view the apartment and she couldn't show us the flat because only that agent had a key. We asked her to just send us a video of the apartment today so we can see how everything looks inside, she told me that she would as soon as she got the key. This morning when I asked her for the video she informed me that the apartment has already been rented out, quite a while ago actually and that the new tenants would be moving in. I am utterly disgusted by the way the other two agents treated me and that the agent would tell me that I can view an apartment that she knows has been rented out. It was very unprofessional and I will never rent or buy a property from Leapfrog in the future, especially because the agent knew how far we had driven and just decided to switch off her phone and just not answer any of my calls or texts.
