Leapfrog Eerste River is the Worst Real Estate Agency

I have gone ahead and purchased a property through Leapfrog more than 6 weeks ago. The agent Allan De Lange who works for Leapfrog has informed us that we need to deal with Berenice(his wife), who does not even work for Leapfrog, since day one. Since day one after being approved to purchase the property, we have been having a difficult time in dealing with Berenice. We would send her messages with various queries only to be ignored the entire time. They are operating like con-men and I would not advise anyone to deal with Leapfrog at all. I regret ever going via Leapfrog to purchase a property. Its been 6 weeks since we've been approved and I am pretty sure it will take another 6 months before this sale is completed.

How can you purchase a property throuhg Leapfrog but have to deal with an external non-responsive person the entire time. It has been ***** since day one. I am taking my matter to the Ombudsman if I have to. I will never advise anyone to even look at an adverti*****t with the name Leapfrog on.
