Leapfrog doesn't take responsibility and passes the bug from the principal to the agent

Hi in 2020 we bought a property through leapfrog, and since day one we have problems with the property and leapfrog are not accommodating . The principal lady just pushing everything to the sellers attorney's ,it seems now that we don't have no rights at all . We don't recommend leapfrog at all. The worst problem we sitting and now is that the sellers are in Italy.
