I entrusted leapfrog with my rental property signed with them January 2020 Agreement was agency will pay water bill directly to municipality this never happened for eight months they never billed the tenant for water. After complaining they only started to bill tenant. I was had to pay the eight months outstanding myself. Recently I found out the tenant never paid the full amount of the deposit this is 2 years later. This month tenant paid rental amount, however I was short paid and Leapfrog cannot tell me where the difference from amount received from tenant to amount paid out went too. They are very disrespectful and totally unreliable. Definitely not providing the service that they promised to provide
