Leap frog *******!

I was viewing houses to rent in the Moraleta park area and used Leapfrog as the company to assist me in this. Baring in mind that all I was helped with was showing me the place to stay like they have done to many clients who never rented. I paid a full deposit aswell!

Lock down forced me to not move into the property and to Lose my monthly income, I communicated for 2 months asking for my deposit back as I won't be earning any money and can't afford to rent the place anymore. I was sent NO paper work at all and never signed a sigal document.

They then returned my deposit but stuff took the agents fee of 1 700! For doing nothing! The agent I contact to ask about this goes ahead to threaten me and say they could have kept my whole deposit! I understand that the agent had 1 month short of her salary but that does not make it right to take hard earned money from someone who won't be making an income now for months! I hope just one person reads this and knows that they should Never use such a heartless company in the future!!
