Insulting agents - rather stay clear from the word go.

Caution advised when using the services of Leapfrog Property Group sales agents especially on the West Rand, JHB.

We offered Leapfrog Property Group sell our house, which Leapfrog Property Group initially agreed too. Alas - shortly after that, Leapfrog Property Group rudely likened our request for an open mandate to a "feeding frenzy". More over and as if Leapfrog Property Group’s first insult wasn’t enough, Leapfrog Property Group unprofessionally told my wife, “…we have a certain standard which we live and work by”. Leapfrog Property Group indirectly insulted other astute estate agencies, which have indeed elected to sell our house through an open mandate, sans insults. Rather use a professional agency like Seeff or Century21 who are proceeding on the open mandate with a confident approach...

We contacted the manager, who did nothing to remedy the situation.
