Horrible experience

Very bad experience with the company. I had an open mandate and managed to get an offer with another agent to sell my house. I informed all other agents to cancel all applications as I got an offer. No the agent from Leapfrog chose to continue even though I told her I am taking the offer that I got a response to. Now the company is threatening me with lawyers to say they got the bond grant first and am liable to pay for the agent commission. After I specifically told her to stop. I wont pay for anything and would rather they take me to court.
