False claims and deductions from Deposit......,Warning stay away......

I have no words for this branch other than I will never recommend them to anyone, They promise to get back to you and never do. They entertain claims without having a pre-inspection done, They delayed payment because I lodged a complaint for no feedback and blamed it on me. No damages was noted on the exit inspection and yet they deducted money for damages. House keeping was part of the rent and yet they claim for additional money from my deposit to clean unit. I'm so happy that I have all the discrepancies in writing and happy that I'm not the one that deducted money against rental laws. Also they still need to account for 2 months where my deposit wasn't in a interest bearing account. I also feel very confused how linen was indicated as damaged and require replacement, but wasn't shown or presented at the exit inspection and yet on the final statement they claim R423 for a table cloth.

I actually feel I want to name and shame individuals, but will not allow myself to drop to their level.
