Exploitation of tenants when contract ends

<p>I gave notice to my land lord from Leapfrog properties to vacate the rental property due to the fact that I am no longer working and cannot afford to continue paying the rent.</p> <p>I had to serve two months notice while the land lord finds new tenants who moved in beginning of September. Now, he land lord is refusing to refund me the deposit stating that it is for September rent and that he will still send me invoice for August utilities at the end of September.</p> <p>I told him that rent is paid in advance, before the stay and how can he be charging me rent for September when I am not there.</p> <p>Can Hello Peter please assist me to expose this kind of *****ing and exploitation of tenants by this kind of ************ estate agent and help resolve this? This is a very tough time for me and I need my money.</p>
