Excellent service

Two words to describe these guys and their work: HONESTY, and reliable. As we all know, the property sector is fraught with agents who "can" sell you the moon with the word-of-mouth; but these guys are an exception, they are grounded, what they promise is what they deliver. They really know how to deal with client's expectations and anxiety. I dealt with these guys while I was under pressure to sell my property in Durban because I had to move to Pretoria by end of year. The house was put on the market in June 2018, and in August we had an offer that didn't go through. Around August 2018 was the time when news was out on the streets that SA was in technical recession – and this kind of meant we were not going to find a buyer by end of December... But alas, these Leapfrog guys had the belief and the s**** to make sure that our property gets sold before December. As I type this message in Pretoria, our property has already being transferred to the new owner. Big up to Rafiq Adam for his knowledge, belief and cool-headedness, Trish for managing to calm us down when we blamed everything in the world when the first offer didn’t go through, Shumail for introducing us and being with us throughout the whole process; and not forgetting Marlene form Chapman Dyer for her legal expertise and efficiency in making sure that the registration goes through smoothly.

Keep up the good work, and I will definitely look up to you when I am looking to buy in a year or so.
