Building plans taking more than 1 year!

We bought a property sold by Leapfrog Property. The property was transferred on 7 December 2020.

One thing remains outstanding - the building plans. We have been trying to get it since then, with absolutely no luck.

We had numerous explanations given to us - COVID, architect, lockdown, bank needs to sign-off, etc. It is now more than 13 months later, and still no plans.

We have contacted Charmaine Coetzee from Leapfrog Roodepoort on more than 15 occasions via telephone, email, and WhatsApp without any success. We even sent an email to the architect. (who did not even bother to respond).

We are really fed up. How does it take more than 1 year to get building plans??? *** ***
