Branch I dealt with were so ***********. Had no regard for the buy (me). Seller in total breach of contract and never assisted me once in this regard. The offer to purchase is so dishonest. Will never put my trust in an estate agent when they say, "We'll look after you and have your back" This is done so they know exactly where to stab. Make sure you have an attorney check the paperwork before signing. Never feel that you can't walk away from the deal before signing. Always counteroffer and never trust what the seller and agent are telling. Push for a clause to cover you for the 1st 12 months. That is a full season to show any flaws that the property has and if it has not been disclosed you can go back to the seller.
