Bad Customer Service - Owen Dreyer

Good Afternoon. Hello and good afternoon. As I see that Mr. Owen Dreyer is registered with so many agencies, I'd like to inform you that if this man is registered with any of them, I will never do business with them again. He is manipulative, has no sense of urgency, and has no regard for property owners. He wilfully ignores a person when feedback is required. My father's estate was an excellent example of his lack of professionalism and customer service. I was the contact person on my father's estate and asked him to contact me only, not my mother, but he ignored me and continued to harass my mother and sister in order to sell the house. He suddenly had cash buyers, among whom he was one. I kept attempting to contact him, but he flatly ignored all of my messages. The last conversation we had was when I asked him why he kept changing the buyers of the property because it was so stressful for my 71-year-old mother. All he said was, "Where did he do that?" He did so because if you confirm cash buyers, the funds must be deposited within 30 days. He did this twice, and the second buyer I contacted myself to confirm whether she is purchasing the home, and according to Mr Dreyer, the OTP has been signed and will be forwarded to our attorneys. According to my conversation with the lady buyer, she has yet to sign any OTP because he needed to ensure that the offer was less than what we requested. He boycotts people with a business sense and takes advantage of homeowners who are unaware of the processes. He walked into me, and I didn't back down because this is my Mom, and I won't let him take advantage of her or even my sister, whom he thought he charmed. Then there was the final cash buyer. I also contacted this buyer, and we eventually started talking about buying the house. Owen had not even contacted me to inform me of the last cash buyer, or any buyer at all, until today. He is not good for any business as a realtor and I'm also certain that I'm not the only one who has had an altercation with this man.
