Avoid them is all I can say

My patience with the lack of urgency with regards to my property purchase has now run out. I signed the sale of my existing property and the purchase of the new one, one week apart. My old property is already at the deeds office and they expect registration to be completed by the end of this month. The attorneys at the new place haven't even drawn the documents up for me to sign. When I wanted to see the property initially the agent gave me the number of the tenant and told me to arrange a viewing myself. He didn't even meet me at the property on the day. After I signed I have had to chase the attorneys myself for feedback. I have no idea what is happening with the tenants who are in the place. I was told by the agent that their lease expired the end of Jan, but they are still there. I asked the agent to call the owners to find out what is going on and call me back. This has not happened either. With registration being done at the end of the month on my old house, I need to move out and have no idea if I will be able to move into the new place or not.

I sincerely wish I had never crossed paths with Leapfrog as their 'service' is disgraceful! Avoid them at all costs!
